South of Christchurch and north of Timaru, Geraldine is a small town with a population of around 2300.
Geraldine Motels on the main street had an interesting and colourful garden.
A free swap library on the side of the road—we saw a couple of these.
There are trees and flowers throughout the town. Very pretty and fresh looking.
The Heritage Hotel
Well maintained and repurposed, this building now houses a Day Spa.
For sale, sitting on the footpath outside a shop. This breed is extremely low maintenance! ;)
More trees and flowers frame this health shop.
I loved the walls of this restaurant. And what a superb outdoor area where you can enjoy a meal.
