It was late in the day when we decided we had time for a quick trip to Mt Cook before the sun went down. To get there, as you know, you travel along the length of Lake Pukaki. The snow was on the ranges and mountains on both sides of the road.
There it is! Peeking through the cloud.
Now you see it . . .
. . . now you don't! The cloud comes and goes so quickly.
